Terms of Service

This statement of rights and responsibilities ("Statement", "Terms" or "SRR") is our terms of service, used to manage our products and services with users and Own Vault, such as Own Vault, which we collectively refer to as " Own Vault Service" or "Service". By using or accessing the Own Vault service, you agree to this statement, which will be updated from time to time in accordance with section 13 below. In addition, you will find resources at the end of this document to help you understand how Own Vault works.

As Own Vault provides various services, we may ask you to review and accept the supplementary terms applicable to your interaction with specific applications, products or services. If these supplementary terms conflict with this SRR, the supplementary terms related to the application, product or service shall apply to your use of such application, product or service within the scope of the conflict.

1. Privacy

We care about your privacy very much. Our privacy policy includes important disclosures about how you use Own Vault to share with others and how we collect and use your content and information. We encourage you to read the privacy policy and use it to help you make an informed decision.

2. Share your content and information

You own all the content and information shared on Own Vault. also:

1. For content protected by intellectual property rights, such as photos, videos, and animations (IP content), you specifically grant us the following licenses: You grant us non-exclusive, transferable, divisible license, royalty-free, and use you in Own Vault Global license (IP license) for any IP content transmitted on Pro or related to Own Vault.

2. When you delete IP content, its deletion method is similar to emptying the recycle bin on your computer. However, you understand that the deleted content may remain in the backup copy for a reasonable period of time.

3. When you post content or information, it means that you allow everyone, including people other than Own Vault, to access and use the information, and associate it with you (ie your name and photo).

4. We always thank you for your feedback or other suggestions on Own Vault, but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you (just as you are not obliged to provide them).

3. Security

We do our best to ensure the safety of Own Vault, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to ensure the safety of Own Vault, which includes your following promises:

1. You will not transmit unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Own Vault.

2. Without our prior permission, you may not use automated methods (such as harvesting robots, robots, spiders or crawlers) to collect user content or information, or access Own Vault in other ways.

3. You will not engage in illegal multi-level marketing on Own Vault, such as pyramid schemes.

4. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.

5. You will not ask for login information or access accounts belonging to others.

6. Do not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.

7. You will not transmit the following: hate speech, threatening or pornographic content; incitement to violence; or contain nudity, graphics or unprovoked violence.

8. You will not use Own Vault to do anything illegal, misleading, malicious or discriminatory.

9. You will not do any behavior that may invalidate Own Vault, overburden it, or impair its normal work or appearance, such as denial of service attacks or interference with real-time communications or other Own Vault functions.

10. You will not promote or encourage any behavior that violates this statement or our policies.

4. Registration and account security

Own Vault users may provide their real names and information, and we need your help to protect themselves and others. The following are some of the promises you made to us related to registering and maintaining your account security:

1. You will not provide any false personal information on Own Vault, or create an account for anyone other than you without permission.

2. If we disable your account, you will not create another account without our permission.

3. You will not use Own Vault mainly for your own business interests, and you will register with Own Vault for this purpose.

4. If you are a sex offender, you will not use Own Vault.

5. You will keep your contact information accurate and current.

6. You will not share your password (or, for developers, your secret key), let others access your account, or do anything
